Great service, on time, cleaned up perfectly. Just had a new A/C unit installed, the technicians showed up exactly when they said they would be there, did a great job keeping the house clean as they made several trips in and out, cleaned everything up when they were done. The price was in line with other estimates, but the warranty on parts and labor can’t be beat. I really liked the dealer because they were Prompt, Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Quick.

Our 5 year old Bryant furnace was not working properly for the time period 12/31/17-1/9/18. This was despite a furnace specialist coming to the house three different times. The final person to come to our house was Ralf Sorenson, the most senior service person at Burnsville Heating. He was able to determine what was causing the problem and was able to order the part, which he felt needed to be replaced. He was absolutely correct in his assessment, put the new part in, and spent deal of time at our home to make certain that our furnace would not cause problems again. Ralf is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We can now leave on our 10 day vacation out of the country and not have to worry about our furnace going out again. Please let Ralf know just how much we appreciate him!!

Exceeded My Expectations.

Exceeded My Expectations. Our AC had stopped working and the tech discovered that rodents had chewed the wiring and that it was leaking coolant. Our system was 19 years old and I knew it was about time for replacement, wasn’t excited about it, but it was time. Salesman came out a couple of days later and offered up a couple of options that would fit our house in a couple of different price ranges. We opted for the Daikin System, 96% efficiency furnace and a 16 seer AC, pretty much the most efficient option for our size of home. Of course we didn’t have a ton a money to throw at this, they had some easy finance options for us. Once approved they were out 2 days later to install the entire system. They had a 4 man crew plus an electrician show up at the time they said. The whole thing was done in about 4 hours, which I thought was super fast. During the install they put down cloth tarps over the carpet and cleaned up everything when they were done. It came with a new thermostat which I wasn’t expecting. The salesman said the equipment would be quieter than my old unit, I’ll say it was, you could barely hear it run. You had to walk over to the vents to feel the air coming out to make sure it was on, pretty cool I thought since my old setup was pretty noisy. All in all it was a great experience with Burnsville Heating & AC, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone. I really liked the dealer because they were Easy To Understand, Prompt, Professional, Well Priced, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Quick, Trustworthy.

Had seasonal check up of heating and cooling system before a/c season begins. Ralph was on time and recommended a few things re: dampers and fans to make best use of our heating and cooling for all levels of our townhouse.
